Subject: Request to Replace Incorrectly Uploaded File for Assessment Hi, I hope you are well.I am writing to kindly request a review and replacement of my uploaded assessment file. On 4 November, I received my marks and feedback from my assessor, Rod. After viewing the feedback, I immediately contacted him to discuss the issue, as my submission was showing no similarity result. Rod responded on 5 November, and we discussed the matter in class. He confirmed that my answers were relevant, accurate, and completed according to the question requirements, and he was happy with the quality of my work. However, upon checking, we discovered that I had mistakenly uploaded the wrong file format (.dot instead of .doc). This appears to be the reason the similarity report did not generate correctly. Following Rod’s advice, I emailed the Experience Team on 5 November to explain the issue. I was advised that the lack of similarity might be due to images in my document. However, I would like to clarify that I have used similar images in my previous assessments without any issue, and Rod also confirmed that the problem is not related to the images. On 12 November, I visited the Experience Team in person for further guidance, and I was advised to complete this form to formally request a file change.
