To initiate an internal appeal, you must complete and submit an Application for Appeal Form. Applications should be lodged within ten working days of the decision.
Please note that applications submitted after this timeframe will be reviewed in accordance with paragraph 8.3 of the Grievance and Appeals Policy.

All notifications throughout the appeals process will be sent via email. It is your responsibility to regularly check your email inbox to stay informed about your appeal's progress, especially in case a conciliation meeting is scheduled or additional information is needed.
Under the ESOS Act 2000, international students have twenty (20) working days to lodge an appeal against decisions related to the deferral, suspension, or cancellation of their enrolment, including intentions to report for unsatisfactory academic progress or non-payment.
