Domestic students who withdraw on or before the census date will not incur tuition fees for the subject. Students using FEE-HELP will also avoid accumulating any debt for the subject if they withdraw before the census date.
The census date for each trimester can be found on the Ikon Key Dates page on Ikon’s website.
If a domestic student withdraws after the census date, they will remain liable for the tuition fees for that subject. Students using FEE-HELP will incur a debt for the subject tuition fees.
Refunds after the census date will only be considered in cases of compelling, compassionate, or exceptional circumstances. These circumstances must be verified and are granted at Ikon’s discretion.
