How do I lodge my grievances?

If informal attempts to resolve the issue have failed, or if you feel uncomfortable addressing the matter directly with the person involved, or if the issue is serious (such as misconduct or unlawful behavior), you can file a formal grievance by completing the online Grievances Application form.

Please note that formal grievances must be submitted within 10 business days of the incident to ensure timely review and resolution.

When submitting your form, please provide clear and detailed information to help with the investigation and resolution process. Your submission should include:

  • A description of the incident (date, location, individuals involved, and any relevant details).
  • Any steps you have already taken to resolve the issue informally, or reasons why you couldn’t.
  • The outcomes you are seeking.
  • Any supporting documentation related to your grievance or proposed solution.

You can expect a response within 10 business days after your grievance is submitted. All grievances will be handled confidentially, and information will only be shared with those involved in the resolution process or as required by law.

Rest assured, you will not face any disadvantage or unfair treatment for submitting a formal grievance. The process will be fair and impartial.

You may withdraw your grievance at any time, but Ikon may still continue the investigation if required to meet legal obligations or protect its interests.
