Join us in a space dedicated to deep reflection and self-awareness, where you can cultivate your journaling practices within a supportive community. Each week, we offer guided reflective activities, such as writing prompts and contemplative listening. Following these activities, you’ll have ample time to write, create, and reflect at your own pace.
To accommodate as many participants as possible, we host two weekly meetings via Zoom.
We are currently seeking a facilitator to lead these sessions, either for both meetings or at least one per week.
