If you are experiencing issues with an assessment submission or are uncertain about the status of your submission, please take the following steps:
- Contact the Education Services Team by emailing education@ikon.edu.au by 12:00 p.m. on the business day following the assessment due date.
- Use the subject line “Assessment Submission Issue” for your email.
- Your email should include the following details:
- Your full name
- Student number
- Subject code
- Subject name
- Assessment number
- A detailed explanation of the issue
- Any supporting evidence
The Head of School (or their nominated delegate) will review the matter and provide a determination within 5 working days.
