What should I do if I'm having trouble submitting my assessment?

If you are experiencing issues with an assessment submission or are uncertain about the status of your submission, please take the following steps:

1. Contact the Education Services Team by emailing [e-mail] by 12:00 p.m. on the business day following the assessment due date.
2. Use the subject line “Assessment Submission Issue” for your email.
3. Your email should include the following details:
   • Your full name
   • Student number
   • Subject code
   • Subject name
   • Assessment number
   • A detailed explanation of the issue
   • Any supporting evidence

The Head of School (or their nominated delegate) will review the matter and provide a determination within 5 working days.
