You may submit a formal request for a review of your assessment mark or grade under the following circumstances:
- If the work was not evaluated according to the assessment criteria outlined in the relevant subject guide.
- If there was a technical error in marking or in the compilation of marks.
- If you believe there was bias on the part of the marker.
Before initiating this formal review process, you must first seek an explanation from your marking lecturer within 3 business days of receiving your assessment mark or grade.
If, after receiving the lecturer's explanation, you remain unsatisfied, you may proceed by completing the Review of an Assessment Grade Application Form within 10 working days from the date you received your assessment mark or grade.
