The Timetable Change Request Form link is included in your timetable release email and shows all available class options for your subjects. Select your preferred option, enter your details accurately, and submit the form before the deadline. Requests may be declined if the class is full or clashes with another subject. International students may only switch to online classes if they stay within the 30% online study limit and keep at least one on-campus class for the trimester.
Follow the steps below to complete your Timetable Change Request Form.
Part A – Student Details
Step 1: Enter your personal details, including your first and last name, Student ID, and student email address.
Step 2: Select your course, campus, and student type from the available options.
Step 3: Indicate the number of enrolled subjects you would like to move to a different time.
Part B – Change Request Details
If you’re requesting changes for more than one subject, you must complete the preference section for each subject.
Step 1: Select the subject you want to change from the drop-down list.
Step 2: Choose the campus you are enrolled in or select Online if you are choosing the online class option.
Step 3: Pick your preferred class day and time.
Note: If your preferred day or time does NOT appear in the dropdown or list, it means that the class is not available or not running for that schedule.
Step 4: Repeat these steps for Subject 2 and Subject 3 if changing more than one subject.
Step 5: If you have any additional information that you may want to share with us, please input them in the textbox for additional information.
Step 6: Tick the box to confirm that you have reviewed all selected subjects, and that the day and time you are requesting are correct.
After reviewing the entire form, please tick the acknowledgement boxes to confirm that you have read and understood all reminders. Click Submit once all the acknowledgement boxes have been ticked.
