If you received the official timetable release email, you can request a change to your class day, time, or delivery mode (online or on-campus, if both are offered). Students can only choose from the options displayed on the form. Requests may be declined only if the class is full or clashes with another enrolled subject. International students may switch to an online class only if it stays within the 30% online study limit and they still have at least one on-campus class this trimester.

The Timetable Change Request Form link will be provided in your timetable release email. 

Important: The form is only available for a limited time before classes begin, please check your email regularly for the announcement and link.

What You Can Request

  • Change class day
  • Change class time
  • Change delivery mode (online ↔ on-campus), only if both appear on your form

Students can only select from the options shown.

What Cannot Be Changed

  • Campus
  • Subject
  • Lecturer or room
  • Classes not displayed on the form

How Requests Are Assessed

A request may be declined only if:

  • the class is full, or
  • it clashes with another class you are enrolled in

International students must also remain within online study limits.
