The short answer is no. These outcomes are not available upon request.
Supplementary Assessments, Adjusted Passes, and Conceded Passes are only offered to eligible students after final results are reviewed by the Grade Review Committee at the end of each trimester.
Here's what you need to know:
Supplementary Assessment
May be offered when a student’s final mark is between 45%–47%, and all of the following criteria are met:
All assessments were attempted
At least 50% of assessment tasks were passed
The fail was not due to late penalties
The subject is not a placement or accreditation-based unit
No prior fail in the subject
Approved special consideration or reasonable adjustment was in place
Adjusted Pass
May be awarded when a student’s final mark is between 48%–49%. No further assessment is required in this case.
Conceded Pass
Only considered during a student’s final trimester, and for one subject only. Additional eligibility criteria apply, including:
All assessments submitted on time
Only one assessment task failed
The subject is not a placement or accreditation-based unit
Students who meet the criteria will be contacted directly by the Education Services Team. If you haven’t received a notification, it means you were not eligible.
