Orientation Day Overview at Ikon

Welcome to Ikon Orientation

Orientation Day is a compulsory session for all new Ikon students. It helps you settle in, meet classmates, and learn about your course, support services, and academic expectations before classes begin. You’ll also receive important information about the Learner App, Canvas, and study resources. Orientation prepares you for success—on campus or online. Keep a look out for the Orientation Invite Email and register for your session using the link before the deadline.

What to Expect on Orientation Day

How to Register

You’ll receive an Orientation Invite Email containing:

• Your personal registration link
• Session options (on-campus or online, depending on your course)
• The registration deadline

If you can’t find your email, check your spam folder or contact the Student Experience Team for assistance.

If You Cannot Attend

Orientation is compulsory. If you cannot attend your scheduled session, contact the Student Experience Team as soon as possible. There are no additional live sessions available. You will need to complete the Orientation Module in Canvas and review all provided materials to ensure you are fully prepared for your first week of study.
