If you haven’t received your Orientation Invite Email, first check your spam or junk folder. If it’s still missing, contact the Student Experience Team at experience@ikon.edu.au and provide your full name and student ID. They’ll confirm your enrolment details and resend the invitation. The Orientation Invite Email includes your session date, time, location, and registration link. If you’re attending online, the Zoom link will be sent in a separate follow-up email closer to your Orientation day.
