I Didn’t Receive My Orientation Invite Email — What Should I Do?

If you haven’t received your Orientation Invite Email, first check your spam or junk folder. If it’s still missing, contact the Student Experience Team by submitting a Request and provide your full name and student ID. They’ll confirm your enrolment details and resend the invitation. The Orientation Invite Email includes your session date, time, location, and registration link.
