Timetable change requests forms are only open for a period of time before the term starts. You will need to keep an eye out for an email that advises when the form, and the link, is available.

- Choose whether you’re an international or domestic student
- Let us know how many subjects you want to change
- Enter your correct student ID — if it's incorrect, this will delay the review and processing.

Ready to request a timetable change?
Here’s how it works:
If you're requesting changes for more than one subject, make sure to complete the preference section for each subject.
Step 1: Choose the subject you want to change from the drop-down list.
Make sure you select the same subject and the Campus location for both Preference 1 & Preference 2.
Step 2. Select the subject you wish to change from the drop-down list.
Step 3. Choose the same subject and specific campus for both Preference 1 and Preference.
Step 4. Select the preferred time for your class.
Please Note: All available class times are shown in the form. If you see only one time listed for a subject, it means no other options are currently available.
Step 5. Once you’ve confirmed your choices, tick the box and click ‘Next’.

FAQS
Is it possible to switch to my class to the same day and time, but with a different room or lecturer?
No. The timetable change form is for requesting changes to class days and times only. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accommodate changes between class groups due to scheduling and capacity constraints.
Can I request a class change due to mental health reasons?
We understand the importance of your wellbeing and will do our best to support your request. While we cannot guarantee your preferred class, we’ll consider your situation carefully when assessing availability.
When will my timetable be updated?
Our Student Administration Team aims to process requests within 3 working days. Once your request is processed, you'll be notified via email and can view your updated timetable in the Learner App.
Can I submit the Timetable Change Form after the deadline?
No. Once the form closes, late submissions cannot be accepted. The submission window is necessary to finalise timetables for all students in a timely manner.
What information do I need to provide when requesting a change?
You must select a reason for your request and provide a brief explanation. Supporting documentation is not required, but your explanation will help us assess your request accurately.
When should I submit the form, and how many times can I submit it?
You should submit the form only once, and within the submission window provided in the timetable release email. If you no longer require a change after submitting, please contact us so we can close your request.
Why was my request not approved? What can I do?
Your request may have been declined due to full class capacity or scheduling limitations. Unfortunately, this means we’re unable to accommodate your preference. You will need to attend your originally allocated class.
Can I cancel a timetable change if I change my mind?
Changes can only be made while the form is still open. If you'd like to return to your original class, you must submit a new request before the deadline. Once processed, all timetable changes are final.
Can I change my subject using this form?
No. This form is strictly for timetable adjustments. Subject enrolments are determined based on your course progression and prerequisites. For subject changes, please contact the Student Administration Team directly.
Why don’t I see other time options on the form?
The form displays all available class times for each subject. If only one option appears, that means no alternative times are available.
Can I take all my classes online if no other options work?
If you are an international student, you are required to take at least one on-campus subject per trimester to comply with your visa conditions. Full online study is not permitted.
Can I swap classes with another student directly?
No. All timetable changes must go through the formal process using the request form. Direct swaps between students are not allowed to ensure fair and consistent allocations.
