If you can’t upload your assessment due to a technical issue, email education@ikon.edu.au by 12:00 pm the next business day. Include screenshots or an error message as proof.
Use the subject line: “Assessment Submission Issue.”
Include the following details in your email:
- Your full name
- Student number
- Subject code and subject name
- Assessment number
- A detailed explanation of the issue
- Any supporting evidence (e.g., screenshots)
The Head of School (or delegate) will review your request and provide a decision within 5 business days.
Important notes
- Always allow extra upload time, especially for large files.
- Keep a backup copy of your work and confirm submission through Canvas.
- You remain responsible for submitting by the due date.
