What Should I Do if I'm Having Trouble Submitting My Assessment?

If you can’t upload your assessment due to a technical issue, email education@ikon.edu.au by 12:00 pm the next business day. Include screenshots or an error message as proof.

Use the subject line: “Assessment Submission Issue.”

Include the following details in your email:

  • Your full name
  • Student number
  • Subject code and subject name
  • Assessment number
  • A detailed explanation of the issue
  • Any supporting evidence (e.g., screenshots)

The Head of School (or delegate) will review your request and provide a decision within 5 business days.

Important notes

  • Always allow extra upload time, especially for large files.
  • Keep a backup copy of your work and confirm submission through Canvas.
  • You remain responsible for submitting by the due date.
