If you experience problems submitting an assessment, or are unsure whether your submission was successful, please follow these steps:
- Email the Education Services Team at education@ikon.edu.au by 12:00 pm on the next working day after the assessment due date.
- Use the subject line: “Assessment Submission Issue.”
- Include the following details in your email:
- Your full name
- Student number
- Subject code and subject name
- Assessment number
- A detailed explanation of the issue
- Any supporting evidence (e.g., screenshots)
The Head of School (or delegate) will review your request and provide a decision within 5 business days.
Note: Assessments submitted in an incorrect file format are not considered valid submissions. If resubmitted correctly, late penalties may apply.
