Sonder connects you with qualified professionals who can provide immediate support for mental health, emotional wellbeing, medical concerns, and personal safety matters.

What support is available?

Through Sonder, students can access:

• counselling and emotional wellbeing support
• stress, anxiety, or feeling overwhelmed
• personal or relationship concerns
• medical and safety assistance
• urgent wellbeing support anytime, day or night
