Canvas Login and Learner App Access

You will receive access to Canvas and the Learner App once your enrolment has been fully finalised. Your Canvas login details and Learner App access will be sent to the email address listed in your enrolment. If you have not received your login email or Canvas Account Invitation, follow the troubleshooting steps below before contacting the Student Experience Team.

When to Expect Your Login Details

Your access is created after enrolment is finalised in Ikon’s Student Management System.

• Enrolment confirmed on or before Orientation Week
  Login details sent by the end of Orientation Week.
• Enrolment confirmed after classes have started
  Login details sent within 3 business days.

How to Set Up Your Canvas Account

Once your enrolment is active, you will receive a Canvas Account Invitation email with login instructions.

1. Open the email titled “Canvas Account Invitation”
2. Click the link to create your Canvas account
3. Set your password
4. Log in to Canvas to access your course materials and subject pages

Can’t Find Your Canvas Email?

Before requesting help, please try:

• Checking your Spam or Junk folder
• Searching your inbox for “Canvas” or “Canvas Account Invitation”
• Confirming you are checking the same email used for enrolment
• Allowing up to 3 business days after final enrolment for processing

If you still don’t have access, contact the Student Experience Team to resend your login details.
