Student Learner App Guide

At Ikon, we use a fantastic Student Management System called Wisenet.

This is where all your enrolment information is safely stored and managed.

Wisenet offers a student-friendly interface known as Learner App that you can easily access and manage.

With Learner App, you can do the following:

• Update your personal details.
• View your course enrolments and timetables.
• Find out who your lecturer is.
• Check your attendance.
• Access your personal documents.

Accessing Your Learner App

STEP 1

You will receive an email with your temporary login credentials.

STEP 2

You will be prompted to change your password when you login for the first time.

Navigating your Learner App

My Details: You can update your contact information here. It is important to keep it up to date.

Timetable & Attendance: You can view your class timetable and attendance using the tabs.

Training History: On this menu, you can view your enrolment and subject results.

Documents: You have the option to store your Personal and Enrolment documents.
