We’re improving how you reach us! To help your enquiry get to the right team faster, Ikon Institute of Australia has introduced new school-specific email addresses for Education Services. Academic-related enquiries should now be sent directly to your school, while general or administrative matters continue to be managed by the Student Experience Team. The education@ikon.edu.au inbox will close on 1 February 2026. Please start using the new school-specific addresses from now on to help us respond faster.

Contacting Education Services

Education Services assists with academic matters related to your course or assessments. Effective {{insert effective date}}, please contact the relevant school directly if your enquiry relates to academic or subject matters such as:

  • Feedback on subject content
  • Canvas subject content or learning resources
  • Review of an assessment mark
  • Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)

The education@ikon.edu.au inbox will close on 1 February 2026. After this date, any messages sent to that address will not be monitored. Please start using the new addresses as soon as possible.

Contacting the Student Experience Team 

For anything administrative or general, our Student Experience Team can help. Contact them at experience@ikon.edu.au for support with:

  • Timetables and attendance
  • Enrolment and study plans
  • Assessment submissions or extensions
  • Transcripts or academic progression
  • Deferral, withdrawal, or course exit
  • Student Portal or Canvas access issues
  • Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) or Course Credit
  • Appeals or fee remission
  • Referrals to support services
  • Library access

If your matter is time-sensitive, our Student Experience Team are available to help by phone on 1300 000 933 during business hours (8:30 AM – 6:00 PM Monday – Thursday, and 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM on Fridays, excluding National Public Holidays). 

FAQs

What happens if I still email education@ikon.edu.au after 1 February 2026? 
Emails sent to this address will receive an automatic response asking you to resend your message to the correct school address. The inbox will no longer be monitored.

Do these changes affect how I contact my lecturer? 
No. You can continue to communicate with your lecturer through Canvas or your unit’s contact details.

Will this delay responses to my enquiry? 
No. These new addresses are designed to help route your enquiry more efficiently to the right academic support team.
