This page explains what the Student Portal is used for and how to access key student systems, support services, and enrolment information.

1. What is the Student Portal?

The Student Portal is your central hub for:

  • Submitting and tracking enquiries
  • Viewing enrolment details and results
  • Accessing student systems such as email, Canvas, Library, and Microsoft 365
  • Finding support articles in the Knowledge Base

2. How do I access the Student Portal?

  1. Go to student.edu.com.au
  2. Log in using your student email address - StudentIDNumber@student.ikon.edu.au
  3. Enter the temporary password sent to your personal email
  4. Create a new password when prompted

3. I didn’t receive my Student Portal login email

Please check your junk or spam folder. If you still cannot find the email, reset your password at outlook.office.com by selecting Forgot my password.

Your updated password will apply across supported student systems.

4. I have feedback about the Student Portal

If you have feedback or suggestions, log in to the Student Portal and check the Announcements section for the feedback survey link.
