Dear Placement Manager ,
I hope you are well there. It’s me Sabina Timilsina ADhikari. ID: IKO3005247.
I am feeling unwell, and my doctor has advised me to rest for the next few days. Unfortunately, this means I am unable to attend my placement during this time.
I have attached my medical certificate and kindly request that this period be considered as sick leave.
Thank you for your understanding and support.
Sabina
