Ikon actively monitors student progress through the following measures:
- Attendance and Participation: Tracking class attendance and online engagement, with warnings issued to students who show signs of disengagement.
- Assessment Submissions: Reminder emails are sent to students who miss their first assessment deadlines.
- Formal Reviews: At the end of each trimester, the Education and Student Experience teams review the progress of all students to identify those who are at risk or not meeting academic progression requirements.
